Regional partnership between food companies, educators (MBO, HBO, academic) and government (municipalities, provinces) to combine efforts to ensure a continuous flow of well-trained employees for the production companies involved; jointly research and develop innovations in raw materials, products and techniques; organizing image-enhancing activities around food.

Technical expertise

Depending on the nature and size of the application. The approach in advance is that we want to share a lot.

We have special equipment for traditional ice cream preparation, bakery - bread and pastry, patisserie, chocolate, (large) kitchen and deep-frying.
