TOP BV holds a seminar on Radio-Frequency Sterilization process technology. During this seminar on 11th October 2018, they will inform attendees about some of the trends in the food industry, new food processes and the opportunities for long shelf-life foods of improved quality.

The Radio Frequency sterilization technology was developed by TOP  and it uses radio waves to quickly heat up food products to sterilization temperatures. The technology is suitable to sterilize packaged food products and creates products of improved sensory quality because of the reduced heating time. During the seminar TOP will inform participants about the technology and the opportunities it creates for new or improved products. Of course, everyone will be able to taste products conserved with the RF sterilization technology.

It will take place during the Dutch Agri Food Week, on Thursday 11 October 2018, 13.00 – 17.30 hrs, at TOP bv in Wageningen. Admission: free.
