GreenFood50 in Wageningen develops, produces and supplies quinoa ingredients. These quinoa ingredients produced from low in saponin quinoa seeds cultivated in the Netherlands are applied in bakery products, sports & active health nutrition, salads, pastas, sauces, beverages, infant nutrition, healthy bars, snacks, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free products. Since 2014, GreenFood50 quinoa ingredients are used on a daily basis at the Dutch Olympic Training center at Papendal.
Duplaco is a Dutch producer of heterotrophically cultured Chlorella microalgae. Because of the innovative way of producing these microalgae have a unique taste and are high quality. The Chlorella is, among other things suitable for processing in such products as smoothies, algae burgers, bakery, sports & nutrition or pasta, but can also be consumed in its natural form (as a supplement) or served as a condiment. Both the fresh (10% en 20% DW) and the powdered algae can be applied as a functional ingredient.
