Peridot Food: “We are looking for sparring partners”
“From dried tomatoes and olives to sweet peppers, grilled vegetables and hummus: Peridot Food supplies a wide range of plant-based, Mediterranean delicacies to food companies, the restaurant industry and food service. We take care of our own sourcing and produce some of the raw materials – the peppers, for example – ourselves. We develop recipes in collaboration with our customers.
I heard about Foodvalley through a business partner. He told me that it is a young, dynamic ecosystem, with various knowledge institutions and innovative companies. I was immediately convinced that we should become a member. At Peridot we are constantly looking for opportunities to expand our range and make products even tastier and more sustainable. We like to exchange knowledge, experiences and ideas with sparring partners. For example, how do you make products last longer in a healthy way? Which packaging shapes and materials are suitable for 100% recyclable options? And how do you make a well-considered choice?
