FerMentor implements science into daily fermentation practice by giving clients advice and training and helping them with technology and product development. The company helps clients with the development of fermentation processes for, for example, (strict) anaerobic microbes, starting from medium design, screening, optimisation to small and large scale (industrial) fermentations. And FerMentor helps clients with the product development in dairy, foods related to the protein transition, formulation of bacterial powders. 

The startup located in the Netherlands, focuses on microbial physiology, food and health, technology and sustainability. The application areas include food and pharma. FerMentor works for clients from startups to multinationals.
