Cley is the new Dutch whiskey based on malt and rye. The whiskey has been distilled three times based on a 17th-century recipe, using only natural ingredients.
Due to the three years of aging on ex bourbon barrels, and the finish in new oak barrels, during the ripening a whiskey is created with notes of apricots, raisins, vanilla and coconut.
