Cano-ela would like to change the way in which foods are made. The company aims to enable food companies to produce food products by taking advantage of the structures inside of raw materials, instead of destroying them and re-creating them.
Cano-ela has already developed a prototype of the first mayonnaise extracted directly from seeds. Currently they are working on scaling-up the process and the developing new solutions for their clients.
Cano-ela believes that both ingredient companies, as well as food companies can benefit from their technology and mission. Therefore, Cano-ela is offering feasibility projects to both parties.
The company thinks differently; not thinking in destroying and re-assembling, but in extracting directly from seeds ingredient mixtures that are very close to final products.
