Bakery Academy, founded in 2009, is a privately funded group of industrial bakery consultants making bakery science & technology accessible to the baking industry. In 2013, Bakery Academy moved to a facility of 400m2 with their own state-of-the-art test bakery. They mainly supply knowledge, solutions and product concepts to a large variety of clients worldwide: ingredients supplier, industrial bakeries and bakery institutes.
Bakery Academy dedicates 10-20% of its time and resources to independent research and applications to assure the same excellence in its services, today and in the future.

Starting from the essential basics, with the local input and various local ingredients and their basic processes, Bakery Academy proved to be successful for her clients to find the best optimum for each product, taste and process.
