Nutrition is an important part of our lives. The loss of health is for a good part due to dietary habits. Our health could be greatly improved if we develop healthier dietary habits and a healthier body weight. That does not only decrease the risk of premature death, but also cardiovascular disease and diabetes. We should not eat too much nor too little, and we need food products that mostly contain plant-based ingredients and fewer animal ingredients.
