Brewer’s spent grain: moving forward!

Brewer’s spent grain (BSG) is very high in protein and energy and is super healthy! Now it is mainly used in the feed sector, while spent grain could also be used for bread, pasta, cookies, biscuits and more.

That's why this is the time to look into other possibilities of brewer's spent grain. Beer brewers, researchers, flour manufacturers, bakers or food processors, everyone is welcome to attend Foodvalley's free online brewer’s spent grain event on February 8, 2022, from 3:30-6:00 pm (CET).

For this, Foodvalley NL uses Conversation Starter on which we will broadcast our event live. As a bonus you can also meet and match with interesting parties to explore the possibilities of brewer's spent grain. This way you can broaden your knowledge and network. On 8 and 9 February, you can schedule your videocall with a participant.
