Via the global business network and worldwide exposure, the Foodvalley Members have access to the best resources across a wide scope of industries and disciplines, to potential investors and partnerships. On the cutting edge of innovation, knowledge and entrepreneurship, the Foodvalley Members share knowledge, inspire each other and collaborate to accelerate innovation and develop business.

The Foodvalley Members, hosted by Foodvalley NL, form together a community with more than 150 agrifood companies and knowledge suppliers. The majority of the Foodvalley Members are SMEs, among them both startups and scaleups, and there are also many multinationals. Around 75% of the Foodvalley Members are agrifood companies, and 25% are knowledge suppliers. More specifically, the Foodvalley Members are mainly ingredient companies and food manufacturers, but also knowledge suppliers and companies active in the fields of food technology, feed, agrculture technology, food safety and packaging.

There are more than 120 Dutch Foodvalley Members, and around 20 enterprises with headquarters abroad. Some of these enterprises have a subsidiary or research facilities in the Netherlands.

Sharing knowledge and networking

The Foodvalley Members meet during the Foodvalley Members Meetings, company visits with a meeting and onsite tour that are exclusively for members. Moreover, the members can take part in the thematic Foodvalley Breakfast Sessions, the Foodvalley international conference, exhibition and networking event, and the Foodvalley Executive meetings. During these events it is all about sharing knowledge, getting inspired and networking.

Business opportunities

Members have the opportunity to meet business partners and potential investors via the special Foodvalley delegation visiting programs. They can also participate in the joint booth from Foodvalley and partners on international trade shows. Besides, on request, a member will receive an innovation scan, a document with relevant companies, organisations and projects they may not be aware of, and that can be useful during the development of their innovation or bringing their new product to market.
