Since 1971, Nico Heukels has worked for Sodexo, the world’s leading food services business. He began his career as a chef, but rose to the position of district manager and regional manager. In 1983, he was named Manager of R&D and Innovation, the position he holds today. And he still talks with great enthusiasm about eating and drinking.
