Kick-off meeting ‘Food Valley International’

Join the international food network in the Netherlands and participate in the kick-off meeting of ‘Food Valley International’ on Wednesday 18 March (15.00-20.30 hrs) in Wageningen. An opportunity for your first encounter with Food Valley, other international members of the food network and the unique facility Restaurant of the Future.

The increasing number of expats working in Dutch companies and Dutch branches of foreign companies has inspired Food Valley to put more emphasis on the international dimension of the food network.
Food Valley wants to improve the international knowledge workers’ climate throughout the food sector and is therefore willing to facilitate the needs expressed in the network.

The first step is to organize meetings for this target group: ‘Food Valley International’. After this first step, many more will be needed. As a member of this international network, your input is essential to give direction to this initiative. With your help we can make an inventory of the needs in the network to maximize the benefit of our activities. The result is an international network that works, where knowledge grows and opportunities are discovered.

We meet at the Restaurant of the Future (www.restaurantvandetoekomst.nl): a one of a kind facility in Europe with a unique blend of theory and practice in the everyday business of food consumption. A facility allowing close observation of consumer behavior during the selection and consumption of food and drink. It goes without saying that the program will include international dishes, guaranteeing that you will have plenty to talk about while networking.
