IFT Food Expo

IFT Food Expo, an annual event in the USA, is a combined trade fair and semi-scientific conference. It is the best attended food technology event in the United States. Food Valley was an IFT exhibitor in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and will participate again in 2010.

Showcasing Dutch strengths
With more than 30,000 food industry professionals, the IFT Food Expo is the prime opportunity to showcase the combined strengths of Dutch food research and business in the USA.

Joint exhibit
In 2007 Food Valley organized a collective exhibit at the IFT Food Expo in Chicago. This participation was a great success and encouraged several companies and research institutes to participate in the 2008 and 2009 expo under the Food Valley banner, in New Orleans and Anaheim respectively. Raising the Dutch food profile worked: Food Valley has put itself on the world map!

Holland Food Valley Pavilion 2010
Food Valley and the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) organized the Holland Food Valley Pavilion at the largest and most important of the IFT trade shows, the IFT Food Expo in Chicago.
